Security Officer / Senior Security Officer

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a Security Officer or Senior Security Officer to lead and manage security personnel at its Bayan Lepas site. You will ensure a safe environment for customers, stakeholders and associates while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate security staff, including daily deployment and oversight of outsourced security providers.
• Implement and enforce C/AUP governance for crime prevention, monitoring, and investigations.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, equipment and security systems to ensure compliance.
• Manage security systems such as CCTV, VMS, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Badging systems.
• Provide consulting and support to site management on cost‑effective security risk treatment.
• Maintain security awareness programs and deliver training to site personnel.
• Document and audit external security provider contracts and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Security or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with security systems and/or law‑enforcement or residential security.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent investigation and interview abilities.
• Proficient with standard office tools (PowerPoint, MS‑Office, Excel).
• High sense of responsibility and sound decision‑making skills.
