About the role
The Sales Support Executive will play a key part in our sales team by ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders and coordinating activities to deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Process sales orders, ensuring all details are correctly captured.
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations and orders for reporting purposes.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
