Sales Representative – Grade 2

About the role

Nestlé is the world’s largest food and beverage company. As a Sales Representative – Grade 2 you will drive field sales activities for key accounts in the Central Region, ensuring growth and reinforcing market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve throughput sales performance for assigned categories and outlets according to the journey plan.
• Ensure promotion compliance by securing shelf space during mailer and promotional periods.
• Update key monthly activities and promotions, maintaining accurate records.
• Manage product distribution and uphold merchandising standards, including planogram compliance.
• Maximize use of POS material, replacing outdated displays with new ones.
• Provide superior customer service, act as the preferred supplier, and negotiate road‑show activities.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor actions and relay insights to superiors for counter‑measures.

Required profile

• University diploma or degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of sales experience, or SPM qualification plus 5 years in sales.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing or sales, consistently meeting KPIs.
• Basic merchandising experience and ability to follow planogram guidelines.
• Strong communication skills, self‑motivated, solution‑oriented and results‑driven.
