About the role
The Sales & Marketing Executive will support HCK Capital Group Berhad in driving residential property sales. Working on‑site in Petaling Jaya, the role focuses on managing sales through agents, monitoring performance, and coordinating marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage property sales through external agents.
- Monitor and report on agent performance.
- Support the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
- Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
