Sales Manager, Channel Partnership

About the role

KONE is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking for a Sales Manager, Channel Partnership to drive channel partnership sales across APAC and the Middle East. The role focuses on developing and scaling business through System Integrators, turning strategy into partners, opportunities, orders and modernization volume.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and develop System Integrators across APAC and the Middle East to grow the channel partnership business.
• Drive sales and modernization volume from partner onboarding to first order and recurring business.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with clear targets, forecasts and conversion follow‑up.
• Develop joint business plans with key partners and support them in winning modernization projects.
• Collaborate closely with APM and Front Line teams to ensure local alignment and execution.
• Coordinate with Global Engineering, Offering and Operations to remove barriers and accelerate sales.

Required profile

• Strong background in sales and modernization, preferably as an elevator supplier.
• Good understanding of modernization or technical B2B solutions.
• Ability to navigate matrix organisations and align with regional teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
