About the role

The Sales Executive / Sales Advisor will join VILOR Academy to convert warm leads into closed deals. You will work on‑site in Bayan Lepas, focusing on SME clients and helping them grow their businesses. The role offers a clear earnings potential linked to performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with pre‑qualified leads provided by the company and guide them through the sales process.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy.
