Sales Executive

About the role

Team Keris Berhad is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive residential property sales in Ipoh. The role involves handling enquiries, managing transactions, nurturing customer relationships and promoting projects through social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify sales enquiries for residential property projects.
• Coordinate and oversee the full sales transaction process from offer to handover.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with buyers, agents and other stakeholders.
• Create and execute social media marketing initiatives to increase project visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project information and timely updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property sales, preferably residential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
