About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing team in Kuala Lumpur. The role is inside‑sales focused, offering a hybrid work arrangement that lets you split time between the office and remote work. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, helping to generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound outreach.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging.

Required profile

  • No prior experience required – a strong passion for sales is essential.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
  • Multilingual communication skills.
