As a Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, helping to generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team. Key responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective customers through various channels.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email and social media to spark interest.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging.
