About the role
As a Sales Consultant you will be the welcoming face of Longines, delivering memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s rich heritage and values. You will engage with customers in our Kuala Lumpur boutique, guiding them through the world of luxury watches.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Present Longines collections, highlighting features, craftsmanship and brand story.
- Maintain visual standards and product displays to showcase the luxury experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and ensure after‑sales support.
- Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
Required profile
- Strong passion for luxury retail and watchmaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
