About the role

The Sales Consultant / Executive will be the first point of contact for customers interested in our tour packages. You will handle enquiries across phone, email and chat, and manage the complete booking process to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries received via multiple channels.
  • Process and confirm tour package bookings, ensuring accuracy of details.
  • Provide information on itineraries, pricing, and travel requirements.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date booking records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to fulfil customer requests.

Required profile

  • Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple enquiries.
  • Attention to detail and good organisational abilities.
