Sales Associate – Retail Customer Service

About the role
The Sales Associate will be the front‑line ambassador of Kenzo, delivering a memorable shopping experience to customers in our Kuala Lumpur store. You will engage shoppers, understand their needs, and ensure they leave satisfied. You will also support daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance throughout the shopping journey.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Guide customers in product selection, answer queries, and suggest complementary items.
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and inventory organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
