About the role
The Robot Operations & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of robotic systems used across the resort. This role combines hands‑on technical work with systematic record‑keeping to support continuous operation.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect robots and assess performance against operational standards.
- Maintain, install, and repair robotic equipment to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support for robot users and troubleshoot issues on site.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are available when needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all robotic assets.
Required profile
- Ability to inspect, maintain, install, and repair robots.
- Capability to provide technical support for robotic systems.
- Experience managing spare parts inventory and maintaining detailed maintenance records.
