Retail Supervisor – Vans Imago

About the role

The Retail Supervisor will lead the Vans Imago store in Sabah, driving sales performance and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. You will manage daily operations, motivate the team, and implement commercial strategies to meet targets.

Key responsibilities

• Increase sales per square foot and grow average basket value.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Maintain high‑standard visual displays that enhance the shopping experience.
• Analyze sales data, identify improvement opportunities, and act on performance insights.
• Use stock management systems to keep optimal inventory levels and oversee warehouse‑to‑store transfers, fitting‑room turnaround, and receiving processes.
• Implement best practices from the commercial management toolkit.
• Lead, motivate, and engage the team to achieve daily sales targets.

Required profile

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum 3‑4 years experience in retail sports.
• At least 3 years of direct experience managing retail stores.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including public holidays.
