Retail Sales Executive

About the role

Feruni Ceramiche is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join its team in Petaling Jaya. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our ceramic product range, driving sales and delivering excellent customer experiences in a vibrant retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and handle inventory replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately and manage point‑of‑sale systems.
• Provide after‑sales support, including handling returns and addressing customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for retail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work five days a week on‑site.
