About the role

Aarasz Fine Jewellery is looking for a passionate, well‑presented and customer‑focused Retail Sales Assistant to join its growing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be the front‑line representative of the brand, helping clients discover and purchase fine jewellery while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Maintain product knowledge of collections, materials and craftsmanship to answer client queries confidently.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle payment procedures.
• Ensure the showroom is tidy, visually appealing and stocked with the latest collections.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Interest in jewellery, fashion and luxury retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
