About the role
The Reservations Executive will lead the reservation operations at Ren Wellness Retreat, ensuring smooth booking processes and supporting revenue‑driven strategies. This on‑site role focuses on maximizing room occupancy, enhancing revenue performance, and converting inquiries into confirmed stays.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily reservation activities, including booking, modification, and cancellation handling.
- Collaborate with the revenue team to implement pricing and occupancy strategies.
- Monitor reservation system performance and generate occupancy and revenue reports.
- Provide exceptional service to guests throughout the booking journey, ensuring accurate information and timely responses.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall guest experience.
