About the role
The Reservations & Administration position supports the daily operations of Soori Penang, an ultra‑luxury heritage hotel located in the heart of George Town. The role focuses on handling guest bookings and providing essential administrative assistance to ensure smooth front‑office service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations through the hotel’s booking system.
- Provide administrative support to the front‑office and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations and guest communications.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication abilities in English.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
