About the role
We are looking for a remote Mandarin and Cantonese Translator to support our call centre operations. The role is full‑time and based in Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home.
Key responsibilities
- Translate inbound and outbound customer communications between Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
- Provide accurate and timely translations during live calls and written interactions.
Required profile
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong English proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
- Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
