About the role
GETUTOR is looking for a part‑time Customer Service Specialist to handle tutor‑matching inquiries. The position is fully remote, offering flexible day and weekend shifts, and pays between RM18 and RM22 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and messages from parents and students seeking tutoring services.
- Match clients with suitable tutors based on subject, schedule, and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the internal system.
- Provide timely follow‑up and resolve any issues related to bookings or payments.
Required profile
- Fluent in Cantonese (spoken and written) to communicate with target customers.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently from a home office.
- Available for flexible day and weekend shifts.
