About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Cantonese interpreter to join our remote call‑centre team on a permanent night‑shift basis. You will provide real‑time language support to customers, ensuring clear communication between Cantonese‑speaking callers and English‑speaking agents.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls during night‑shift hours.
- Interpret spoken Cantonese into English and vice‑versa with accuracy and speed.
- Document call details and update relevant systems.
- Maintain service quality standards and adhere to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve interpretation processes.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English.
- Available to work night‑shift schedule on a permanent basis.
- Strong listening and concentration abilities.
