About the role
We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated medical doctors who are fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to provide remote medical support. This full‑time position allows you to work from anywhere while assisting patients through our call‑centre platform.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to medical inquiries from patients in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Provide accurate medical advice and guidance over phone or video calls.
- Document patient interactions and maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure quality service.
Required profile
- Licensed medical doctor.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely.
