Regional Wealth Management Operations Support

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to join our Regional Wealth Management team in Hong Leong Tower. The role focuses on supporting Priority Banking operations, ensuring timely processing of applications, card issuance, and compliance activities across all branches.

Key responsibilities

• Process Priority Banking applications and manage system tagging/un‑tagging within a 2‑day turnaround.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc requests for portfolio reassignment, bulk tagging, and PB debit‑card issuance.
• Handle customer reports and requests, including card replacement, limit changes, and account tagging.
• Prepare and send confirmation letters for fax banking applications.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for PFS Marketing and support RM incentive tracking.
• Conduct pre‑transaction compliance callbacks and follow SOPs for vulnerable investors.
• Perform departmental Control Self‑Assessment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support Business Unit Compliance Representatives and other compliance functions as needed.

Required profile

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum Diploma or undergraduate degree in Accounting, Banking, Investment, Finance or a related field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, result‑driven and able to work under tight deadlines.
