Regional Sales Manager, Refinery & Renewable Fuels

About the role

Responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for High Efficiency Heat Exchangers within the South‑East Asia, Taiwan and Oceania refinery markets, while supporting sales of Olmi S&T heat exchangers and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for High Efficiency Heat Exchangers in South‑East Asia, Taiwan and Oceania refinery markets.
• Identify, qualify and close direct sales opportunities for Packinox, Compabloc, Spiral and Olmi S&T heat exchangers.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of projects through regular market visits, customer meetings and networking.
• Prepare profitable quotes, negotiate technical, legal and commercial terms and secure firm orders.
• Collaborate with the R&RF sales team, participate in training, monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of sales experience in the refinery industry, preferably with complex or service sales.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead business proactively and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English; local language is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of High Efficiency Heat Exchangers (Packinox, Compabloc, Spiral, Olmi S&T).
• Proficiency with CRM tools for sales process management.
