Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager will lead the planning, development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns that support the company’s strategic objectives across the region. This on‑site role offers the chance to shape brand perception, drive growth and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns that align with regional business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage regional digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email and content marketing.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing activities support sales targets and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently and report on ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a regional or multi‑market context.
• Strong understanding of brand management and communication principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required.
