Regional Manager - Sales Enablement

About the role

As the Regional Manager – Sales Enablement you will lead change initiatives and shape the sales capability across multiple countries. You will design, localise and deliver training programmes that empower front‑line teams and accelerate adoption of new go‑to‑market methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cultural change and mindset shift programmes across the region.
• Coordinate and deliver sales training, ensuring localisation for each country’s needs.
• Enable front‑line teams through tailored coaching, practical tools and application sessions.
• Drive adoption of new GTM methods, tools and processes, supporting teams through transitions.
• Develop and maintain regional enablement assets such as playbooks, guides and communication packages.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions and best‑practice exchanges across countries.
• Monitor enablement effectiveness, collect feedback and continuously improve training formats.
• Support onboarding of new hires with structured enablement journeys.

Required profile

• Strong experience in sales enablement, change management and commercial capability building.
• Proven ability to deliver and localise training for diverse, multi‑country audiences.
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing methodologies, tools and commercial processes.
• Skilled in creating structured enablement materials, playbooks and communication assets.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills across regional and local teams.
