Regional Manager Pricing – Commercial Management

About the role

As a Regional Manager for Pricing and Commercial Management, you will adapt global promotion frameworks to regional needs, coordinate their rollout across hubs and CSOs, and ensure that promotional activities align with business objectives, budget constraints and compliance rules.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global promotion frameworks into regional commercial management guidelines, approval rules and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate the rollout of regional promotion frameworks across hubs, CSOs and relevant market stakeholders.
• Review promotion proposals, provide regional approvals, define scopes and give guidance in line with governance requirements.
• Monitor promotion performance, ROI, budget adherence and compliance risks together with Pricing Performance and related stakeholders.
• Maintain the regional promotion calendar and identify timing, budget, scope and market‑readiness risks.
• Align promotional rules with TTS requirements and prevent conflicts with concessions, terms or pricing guardrails.
• Collaborate with Business Units and Sales teams on promotion feasibility, design and execution.
• Support the digitalisation of regional promotion processes, validate system configuration and readiness.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret promotion data and financial impact.
• Proven experience in pricing, commercial management or promotion governance in a multinational environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work across Global Commercial Management, Trade Marketing, BU and Sales teams.
