Regional Manager

About the role

Imika Empire is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of 6–9 retail branches in Johor. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent after‑sales service while developing a high‑performing team of 30–50 staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple IMIKA branches, ensuring targets are met.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue across the region.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to minimise shrinkage.
• Lead, coach, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Monitor after‑sales service quality and address customer issues promptly.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations or a similar multi‑site environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
