Regional Branch Manager – East Malaysia

About the role
The Regional Branch Manager will own and drive the performance of the East Malaysia growth region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, lead execution across multiple branches and build key relationships to support sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the overall sales, profitability and operational performance of the East Malaysia region.
- Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead and mentor branch managers and their teams to achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the broader company vision.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing multiple branches or business units.
- Strong track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership and people‑development skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions.
