About the role

The Recruitment & Market Development Executive will lead EducareerMY’s expansion in Sarawak, connecting young people with educational and career opportunities in Singapore. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on building strong relationships with youths, parents and local communities while driving market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of EducareerMY’s market growth across Sarawak.
• Develop and maintain meaningful connections with youths, parents and community stakeholders.
• Promote opportunities in Singapore to local candidates.
• Achieve sales targets and earn attractive performance commissions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, recruitment or market development.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in Kuching.
