About the role
The Recruitment Coordinator will join TE Connectivity's Global Talent Attraction Operations Center in Perai, Penang. Working on‑site, you will provide essential support to Hiring Managers and Talent Attraction Partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Hiring Managers with end‑to‑end recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with Talent Attraction Partners to source and screen candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
- Facilitate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
