Recruitment Associate – HR Service Center

About the role

The Recruitment Associate supports the transparent implementation of human resources services outsourced to the Global Shared Service Centre, ensuring compliance with UNDP HR policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Implement recruitment processes, including drafting strategies, validating job descriptions, publishing vacancies and managing candidate screening.
• Coordinate interview panels, handle candidate communications, and ensure accurate data entry in official databases.
• Prepare recruitment analytics reports, support compliance submissions and contribute to SOP development.
• Facilitate onboarding, contract issuance, extensions, terminations and benefits administration in line with PSA policies.
• Provide HR policy guidance to internal and external clients, promoting equity, transparency and consistency.

Required profile

• Under the guidance of a Recruitment Analyst/Team Leader, responsible for integrity, transparency and accuracy of HR services.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruitment, contract administration and HR data management within an international organization.
