Recruitment Assistant – Global Shared Service Centre

About the role

The Recruitment Assistant supports the transparent implementation of outposted recruitment for UNDP Country Offices, reporting to the Recruitment Associate and under the guidance of the Recruitment Analyst. The role involves a range of administrative processes to ensure high‑quality recruitment services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance of recruitment processes and records with UN/UNDP rules, regulations, policies and strategies.
• Support the review of vacancy announcements, screen applicants, organise interview panels and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate data in official databases such as UNall and Quantum and contribute to recruitment analytics reports.
• Assist in knowledge‑management activities, updating SOPs, candidate rosters and providing training on local recruitment procedures.
