Record-to-Report Manager – Finance Shared Services

About the role

The Record-to-Report (R2R) Manager will lead a high‑performing finance shared services function at AVEVA's Kuala Lumpur Shared Service Centre. You will ensure standardized, high‑quality service delivery across multiple countries while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and evolve the R2R function to meet service level expectations.
• Lead finance transition and continuous‑improvement projects, handling planning, resourcing, knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
• Monitor internal controls, risk and control matrices in partnership with internal audit.
• Review policies, implement corrective actions and address audit findings.
• Manage escalations and maintain the R2R service catalogue, identifying gaps and action plans.
• Track and improve performance using KPIs and related reporting.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships and communicate requirements effectively.
• Accelerate month‑end close accuracy while ensuring regulatory and internal‑control compliance.
• Oversee the R2R team for all entities and countries within scope.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance shared‑services or R2R teams.
• Strong project‑management capabilities, including planning and resource allocation.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and manage change.
