About the role
The Quality Supervisor will lead the QA team at Kitron Electronics Manufacturing in Senai, ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily quality assurance activities across production lines.
- Manage and develop QA team members to achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate with manufacturing to implement and monitor quality controls.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and reporting.
Required profile
- Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
