Quality & Pharmacovigilance Specialist (QA & PV)

About the role

Servier Malaysia is looking for a motivated Quality & Pharmacovigilance Specialist to implement and maintain the local Quality Management System and support pharmacovigilance activities across Malaysia and Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and improve the local Quality Management System for Malaysia and Singapore.
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls and quality risk assessments.
• Lead internal audits, self‑inspections and support external GxP inspections.
• Act as Deputy Local Responsible Person for Pharmacovigilance, handling PV cases and literature screening.
• Maintain the Pharmacovigilance Quality System and oversee PV training and regulatory intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance or Pharmacovigilance Quality.
• Familiarity with NPRA and HSA regulatory requirements and experience with health authority inspections.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organisational and project‑management capabilities.
