Quality Manager – EMS Industry

About the role

Intretech is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality excellence in its EMS plant located in Johor Bahru. The role provides exposure to Fortune 500 clients and involves driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor internal and external quality audits.
• Analyse First Pass Yield (FPY) and Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM) metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures and corrective action plans.
• Mentor and guide the quality team to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within an EMS or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of audit processes, FPY and DPPM analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multinational customers; Mandarin is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering customer‑centric results.
