Quality Management Internship – Process & Documentation

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s high‑tech engineering hub in Penang as a Quality Management Intern. You will work closely with experienced Quality Engineers to support the upkeep of critical quality documentation and processes across our mobility electronics and power‑tool divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Update and release documents in the Online Process Compass, ensuring timely availability.
• Maintain the Change Management process master list under the guidance of a Quality Engineer.
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and reviews.
• Assist in customer complaint analysis, data simulation, and record keeping.
• Support ESD, calibration, and 14Q activities when required.
• Update additional quality records and perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Full‑time university student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or Technology.
• Motivated, strong communicator, cooperative and assertive.
• Independent, result‑oriented, reliable and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in English and Malay.
• Willing to commit to a minimum six‑month internship and provide a university Letter of Recommendation.
