Quality Management Internship

About the role

This internship supports the Quality Engineering team at Bosch's new semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan. You will help maintain key quality documentation, assist in change management, and contribute to internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Update and release documents in the Online Process Compass on time.
• Maintain the Change Management process master list.
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings.
• Support customer complaint analysis, perform simulations, and record data.
• Assist with ESD, calibration, and 14Q activities when required.
• Update other quality records as needed and perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Full‑time student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or Technology.
• Motivated, strong communicator, cooperative and assertive.
• Independent, result‑oriented, reliable and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in English and Malay.
• Willingness to undertake a 6‑month or longer internship.
