About the role
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to shape quality within our automotive appliance manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will manage Advanced Quality Engineering (AQE), Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Product Quality Engineering (PQE) and Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) activities, tackle quality challenges, lead improvement initiatives and deliver customer satisfaction with measurable impact. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Senai, Johor, Malaysia. You will join SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn Bhd, a strong player in the automotive and manufacturing industry.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AQE, SQE, PQE and CQE processes.
- Tackle quality challenges and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver customer satisfaction through effective quality control.
