Quality Assurance Manager

About the role
HFC Tech is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead its Quality Management System (QMS). You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and customer compliance while driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing and logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s QMS.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Monitor and improve quality performance metrics.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and address non‑conformities.
- Support cross‑functional teams to embed quality best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
