Quality Administrator

About the role

The Quality Administrator will support Airbus Helicopters Malaysia in ensuring compliance with aviation quality standards. You will coordinate audits, manage documentation, and act as a liaison between the Quality & Aviation Safety team and operational departments.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and plan internal and external audits across all AHM approval areas.
• Coordinate with departments to provide records, personnel, and facilities for audits.
• Maintain the Certifying Staff database, including qualifications, experience, and training records.
• Prepare company approval certificates and manage approval stamps.
• Track open findings, corrective actions, and verify closure evidence.
• Maintain a register of publications and ensure manuals are up‑to‑date.
• Support document‑control practices and format manual revisions for regulatory submission.
• Provide secretarial support to the Head of ASNQ and manage the department filing system.
• Coordinate internal meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor action items.
• Generate periodic reports for quality management reviews.
