QMS Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a QMS Engineer to establish and lead the quality management system in our newly built manufacturing facility in Penang. This pioneer role offers the chance to shape the company's quality foundation from the ground up and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards.
• Define and document quality procedures, work instructions and control plans for the new factory.
• Conduct internal audits, monitor performance metrics and lead corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and supply‑chain teams to embed quality practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in quality engineering, manufacturing or a related field.
• Experience in setting up QMS in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, start‑up factory setting.
