QA/QC Supervisor (Furniture Industry)

About the role

The QA/QC Supervisor will lead the Quality Control Inspector team in a dynamic furniture manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent export standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage the QC Inspector team.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality control procedures aligned with export requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of furniture products.
• Identify non‑conformities, initiate corrective actions and track their resolution.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and logistics to resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QA/QC within furniture or related manufacturing.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of export quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English.
