QA/QC Engineer - Civil & Infrastructure

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer will support civil and infrastructure projects by establishing and maintaining quality assurance and control processes. Working on‑site in Temerloh, the role ensures that all construction activities meet the company’s standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document and implement QA/QC procedures specific to civil and infrastructure works.
• Monitor daily construction activities to verify compliance with approved standards and specifications.
• Conduct inspections, audits and non‑conformance reviews, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and approve project documentation, test reports and material certifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain records of quality performance and generate regular reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent experience in civil construction.
• Demonstrated experience in QA/QC roles on infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• Knowledge of QA/QC standards and procedures for civil engineering.
• Familiarity with inspection and testing methods.
