Purchasing Executive

About the role

The Purchasing Executive will support our manufacturing operations by securing the best rates for products and services through effective vendor selection and negotiation. You will work in a structured, performance‑driven environment to help reduce overall business costs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential vendors to secure the best rates for products and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost reduction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a structured, performance‑driven setting.
• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.
