Purchase to Pay Internship

About the role

Join BASF's Purchase to Pay (P2P) team as an intern and support the daily operations and project work that keep the procurement process running smoothly. You will work closely with the P2P manager and gain hands‑on experience in a global chemical company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with request fulfilment planning and administration.
• Support automation initiatives aimed at simplifying P2P work processes.
• Participate in improvement discussions and help develop timelines.
• Contribute to tactical projects aligned with team objectives.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for P2P initiatives and activities.
• Prepare documentation and presentation slides for assigned projects.
• Provide operational support to the unit as needed.

Required profile

• Available for a minimum 4‑6 month internship.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Linguistics or a related field.
• Strong team player with a high level of maturity and independence.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
