About the role

We are seeking a Protégé Executive for Plant Operations to lead our production lines and maintenance teams in Sarawak. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality outputs while maintaining strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Key responsibilities

Supervise day‑to‑day operations of production lines.
Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
Monitor product quality and enforce GMP compliance.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.

Required profile

Proven experience in managing production and maintenance activities within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of GMP requirements and safety protocols.
Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and solve operational issues promptly.

Required skills

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance
Production line management
Maintenance supervision

What we offer

Contract position with a monthly salary of RM 2,500.
