Property Agent / Real Estate Negotiator / Sales Consultant

About the role

IQI Holdings is seeking motivated individuals to join its real estate sales team as Property Agents, Real Estate Negotiators, or Sales Consultants. This remote, full‑time position offers a commission‑based income model and comprehensive support to help you succeed in residential property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads for residential property sales.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers with buyers and sellers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage provided advertising resources.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to achieve financial independence.
• Willingness to learn and follow step‑by‑step guidance.
• No prior real‑estate experience required.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are mandated; training will be provided.
