Promotion Manager (Global Tools)

About the role

As a Promotion Manager for Global Tools at Bosch, you will shape the business unit’s promotion strategy, focusing on bundle and kit promotions that align with brand and trade marketing objectives. You will work closely with pricing, supply chain and IT stakeholders to optimise ROI and drive market‑specific implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the BU promotion strategy, aligning brand, trade marketing, portfolio management, channel segmentation, sales targets and margin investment.
• Drive implementation of bundles/kits across the country, managing business cases, CTG and logistics planning.
• Define promotion types with hubs and coordinate production, postponement, logistics and sales communication.
• Monitor competitor promotion landscape and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Ensure IT system capabilities (dashboards, wish‑lists) are in place for execution and steering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Category Management or Promotion Management.
• Proven track record in developing and executing promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in KPI monitoring and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience working in cross‑functional and international environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of SAP.
